This week, the Ontario lobby registry saw the registration of Antler Kitchen and Bar, which will be lobbying the government to pursue regulatory amendments to allow wild game to be served in Ontario restaurants.

If the name sounds familiar, Antler made headlines in 2018 when the chef butchered a deer leg in front of vegan protesters.

The Toronto restaurant also made headlines in 2020 for sending Premier Doug Ford a $431 invoice for beer it said would spoil as a result of the province-wide shutdown.
