Lobbying levels continue to rise with Energy registrations out in front with 10% of total registrations

RealTime Medical Inc. was registered by Garry Keller and Juliette Castillo, both consultants with StrategyCorp Inc. to discuss amending section 37.1(1)(b) of Regulation 552 under the Health Insurance Act to provide a targeted exemption for radiologists practicing non-interventional radiology. Additionally, the client is seeking to reduce restrictions on interpretation services from Ontario-licensed radiologists, specifically, permitting interpretation services rendered out-of-province to be insured under OHIP.
