Another week, another tariff threat from the U.S. president.
Donald Trump sent a letter to Prime Minister Mark Carney last week warning that Canada would be hit with 35 per cent tariffs starting Aug. 1. This latest broadside has created a new deadline for trade talks between the two countries, and ratcheted up anxiety and stress for businesses across the country.
