Ontario stands by Bill 110 despite Ottawa's decision to block Billy Bishop expansion

The minister also made clear the government has no plans to repeal the legislation passed earlier this year to facilitate the project.

Bill 110, the Building Billy Bishop Airport Act, allows the province to expropriate city-owned lands surrounding the airport in exchange for compensation and replaces Toronto's role in the tripartite agreement with the provincial government.
