The Ontario Liberals are calling on the government to preserve free testing services for residential well water.

The third-place party wrote to the governing PCs urging them to hold off on any changes that would prevent Ontarians from getting free tests.

Also, Liberal MPP Ted Hsu, the party's rural affairs critic, is moving a motion Thursday in the legislature to protect free water testing in Ontario.
