Ontario Liberal leadership race enters final stretch

After two debates and six months, there are still four candidates left in the Ontario Liberal Party’s search for a leader.

Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie has been the frontrunner in the leadership race for months. A June poll found she had a double-digit lead over the next most popular candidate, Toronto MP Nate Erskine-Smith.

In the months since Crombie has raised more money for her campaign than all other candidates combined. She has so far brought in more than $980,000.
