Liberal MP Nate Erskine-Smith filed a notice of appeal Tuesday to the provincial Liberals, challenging the result of a nomination race that he lost. QP Briefing got an analysys of the allegations called "notice of appeal validity" that is pushing back against those allegations, saying that the appeal “does not establish grounds to overturn the result.”

Pressure is mounting on Premier Doug Ford to force his Progressive Conservative party to pay the nearly $200,000 in hidden costs associated with the government’s aborted scheme to buy a private jet. The Star reports..
