Ford says Greenbelt investigation is outside of AG's scope

Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk has summoned two developers as part of her ongoing investigation into the province's handling of the Greenbelt. On Thursday, Ford told reporters he has "nothing to hide."

“It’s not within her scope.”

That was the message from Ontario Premier Doug Ford when he was asked about Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk investigation into his government’s restructuring of the Greenbelt.

Earlier this year, Lysyk committed to conducting "certain audit work on the issue," as reported by QP Briefing.
