Premier Doug Ford’s cabinet shuffle has raised eyebrows among insiders, with some questioning key appointments and what they signal about the government’s priorities.

One of the most talked-about moves is Paul Calandra’s shift to the education portfolio.

“I don’t know a person who would want that file,” a source close to the party, who asked to remain anonymous so they could speak freely, said.
