Ontario’s post-secondary institutions stand at a financial crossroads, as a $1.1 billion funding reduction and federal caps on international student intake cast uncertainty over their financial future.

Minister of Finance Peter Bethlenfalvy addressed the issue during a press conference after unveiling the fall economic statement.

"We’ll analyze the immigration impact," Bethlenfalvy said.
