Calandra signals support for bell-to-bell cellphone ban in Ontario schools

While the government has not yet decided whether to expand Ontario's current restrictions, Calandra said he came away from meetings with his provincial counterparts impressed by what he saw after Quebec introduced a "bell-to-bell" cellphone ban.
