Colin Blachar, until recently Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy’s director of communications issues and legislative affairs, has been recruited into the Premier’s Office to work with the deputy chief of strategic communications.
Sarah Chapin, a former PC staffer and consultant, has since taken on responsibilities in strategic communications and issues management within the finance minister’s office.
