PC Leader Patrick Brown asked about a sole-s0urce contract from the Ornge air ambulance agency that he said is reminiscent of the spending scandals from a few years ago. He said the contract is with the same company, AugustaWestland, that was involved in the earlier scandal.
Premier Kathleen Wynne said her government would look into this, but added that changes have been made in Ornge to ensure spending and contracts are done properly. (The health minister's office later put out a statement clarifying the situation and declaring everything is above board.)
