On Friday she had breakfast with business leaders, then spoke to reporters in Toronto’s financial district.
Former finance minister Dwight Duncan, who resigned his Windsor-Tecumseh seat on Thursday, as promised, and landed a job on Bay Street, as expected.
Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion, who visited Queen's Park for the swearing-in ceremony on Monday and celebrated her 92nd birthday on Thursday.
Federal Liberal leadership candidate Justin Trudeau, who took transparency to a new level by <a href=" http://news.nationalpost.com/2013/02/13/im-not-middle-class-i-dont-pretend-i-am-justin-trudeau-discloses-1-2m-inheritance/">revealing the details </a>of his inheritance, his mortgages and his speaking fees to Ottawa Citizen reporter Glen McGregor.

Andrea Horwath's New Democrats, who were accused of being churlish for mustering only four MPPs to attend Monday's swearing-in ceremony at the Legislature. Horwath was at a prior engagement in Thunder Bay.
The Senate, where Patrick Brazeau was suspended in the wake of criminal assault charges and where the expenses of Pamela Wallin, Mike Duffy and Mac Harb are under review.
Ontario's horse racing industry, which was <a href="http://www.thestar.com/sports/2013/02/13/horse_racing_woodbine_slashes_workforce.html">hit by 109 layoffs</a> - about 25 per cent of salaried positions at Woodbine Entertainment Group - after reaching a two-year deal for transitional funding with the provincial government.
The Toronto Blue Jays' new left-hander, Mark Buehrle, who is <a href="http://sports.nationalpost.com/2013/02/14/blue-jays-mark-buehrle-knows-many-wont-understand-why-hell-leave-his-family-behind-over-a-dog/">leaving his beloved pets</a> - and his family - behind in St. Louis, Mo., because of Ontario's law against pit bulls.
GO commuters, after Metrolinx launched a trial balloon this week over charging for parking at GO stations. Commuters now park for free except at some reserved spaces in lots next to GO Train stations.
