Ontario government proposes even lower donation limits, code of conduct to address cash-for-access complaints

According to the release, the amendments would lower the maximum donation limits to $1,200 to a party, $1,200 to riding associations and nomination contestants of a party and $1,200 to the candidates of a party in an election or byelection, totalling $3,600 in a year with a single election.
