Ontario (and the rest of North America) added to U.S. EV tax credit bill
Federal and provincial governments claimed victory, but the bill still needs to pass through the U.S. Senate.

TORONTO, ON – September 12 During the tabling of Bill 5 in the afternoon, Premier Ford and Finance Minister Vic Fedeli applaud.
The Ontario Legislature was recalled so Premier Ford can ram through his reintroduced Bill 5 and override the court with the notwithstanding clause. This is the first time the clause has been used in Ontario government.
