Budget watchdog finds Ontario’s rising energy costs in line with other provinces

The newest commentary from Ontario’s budget office says average home energy costs increased by double-digits from 2010 to 2014, but also found the province’s hydro and heating bills, and their hikes, are more or less in line with the Canadian average.
