Bill 2, Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit Act, was the subject of third reading debate. It could come forward for a final vote before the House rises on Thursday.

Bill PR7, Royal Conservatory of Music Act, was introduced, passed first reading and was ordered to the Standing Committee on Regulations and Rrivate bills.

Bill 13, Accepting Schools Act, passed third reading without the support of the PC caucus. The Official Opposition’s competing Bill 14 is essentially dead in committee.

Bill 19, Residential Tenancies Amendment Act (Rent Increase Guideline), passed second reading and was ordered to the Standing Committee on Justice Policy, where it was the subject of public hearings. The bill will undergo clause-by-clause consideration next week.

Bill 45, Insurance Amendment Act (Risk Classification Systems for Automobile Insurance), lost its second reading vote on recorded division.

Bill 50, Ambulance Amendment Act (Air Ambulances), was the subject of second reading debate.

Bill 52, Ontario Forestry Industry Revitalization Act (Height of Wood Frame Buildings), completed clause-by-clause consideration in the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills, was reported back to the House and ordered for third reading.

Bill 55, Strong Action for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), was up for public consultation at the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs. Hearings wrap up next week and the committee will begin the first of three days of clause-by-clause consideration. The bill is scheduled for a third reading vote on June 20.

Bill 75, Ontario Electricity System Operator Act, was the subject second reading debate.

Bill 77, Labour Relations Amendment Act (Fairness for Employees), had its first day of public consultation at the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs.

Bill 82, Wireless Services Agreements Act, was the subject of second reading debate.

Bill 93, Liquor Licence Amendment Act (Serving Liquor in Certain Places), passed second reading and was ordered to the Standing Committee on Justice Policy.

Bill 94, Addressing Ontario's Debt Through Alternatives to Public Sector Layoffs and Program Cuts Act, lost its second reading vote on recorded division.
