After two months, the ministry issued one written notification over a resident’s death at Hawthorne Place.

TORONTO, ON – MAY 20 – A Toronto paramedic rolls a Stryker stretcher into the main entrance at Hawthorne Place Long Term Care Centre, May 20, 2020.
