TORONTO, ON – SEPTEMBER 15: Minister of Health and Deputy Premier Christine Elliott leans in to speak to Premier Doug Ford. The Ontario government’s attempt to move Bill 31 through the House as a time line draws closer. The House was called into session on Saturday in order to help move things along.
