OPP left with unanswered questions, but lay no charges in Ornge investigation after six-year probe

An air ambulance, part of the new fleet of 10 AgustaWestland AW139’s being rolled out across the province, lands at the Lindsay airport on Thursday, June 9, 2011. The operators included “pilot number one” on the new craft, who was working towards filling his required training hours, said Lindsay Airport manager Derrick Nauss. The first three new Ornge choppers, considered a significant upgrade from the aging Sikorsky S-76, were first unveiled at Toronto’s island airport last September. They will cost $130 million.
