QP Briefing has received multiple accounts of members not having received our twice daily email briefs over the course of the last week. If your offices have been receiving our twice daily email briefs, the change has not affected you and no action is required.
Due to our members internal protections, specifically firewalls, some subscribers have reported issues receiving the Morning and Afternoon Briefings after an internal transition to a new briefing system.
Should you or your organization be experiencing a "Briefing Drought", please forward on the below information to your IT department who can add our new email IP address to a safe list. This will permanently mitigate the issue, allowing email briefs to be delivered unimpeded. Please note, these cases are isolated incidents and do not affect the majority of QP Briefing members.
