Ontario moving closer to municipal targets for carbon emissions

The province’s Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change currently has a contract out for bids right now that seeks the “Development of a Draft Guideline to Support the Completion of Municipal Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventories and Community Emissions Reduction Plans.”
