BRAMPTON, ON – APRIL, 8 – Carlene Powell is the school’s Numeracy Planning Time Teacher and is teaching in a grade three class.
The Ontario government is going to require all elementary schools to have at least one math-savvy teacher on staff – they call them “math lead teachers” . Eldorado Public school in Brampton hasalready has done this; hired a math specialist to teach Grades 1-3 math properly.
