Natural gas users ask why cap-and-trade costs being buried on bills

Both the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA) and the Association of Power Producers of Ontario (APPrO) have written to the OEB, the province’s natural-gas system regulator, asking for more details about the agency’s recent ruling on cap and trade.
