Ontario commits $150 million for planning of Toronto’s subway relief line
The Metrolinx money is earmarked for design and engineering, as well as accurate cost estimates, to create a ‘shovel ready’ plan for the city to at last pursue a long-held dream taking ridership pressure off the Yonge line.
