Should Ontario’s carbon-pricing plan help pay for a new washer and dryer?
The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, the Retail Council of Canada and the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries are proposing that appliance-related initiatives be eligible to receive money from cap-and-trade.
