The costs of cap-and-trade: Energy regulator kicks off natural gas consultation

A letter from the Ontario Energy Board says it is ” establishing a regulatory framework to assess the cost consequences of natural gas distributor Compliance Plans and to establish a mechanism for recovery of these costs in rates.”
