Doctors’ agreement ‘effectively guts’ OMA’s charter challenge: legal analysis
The activist group Concerned Ontario Doctors raises questions on deal reached between the government and OMA, whose council ultimately will decide whether the agreement is ratified.

About 300 Ontario doctors, their families and supporters gathered at Queen’s Park Saturday for a rally and a march to protest cuts and a “crisis in healthcare.” They marched around Toronto’s downtown core, many in scrubs and lap coats, past Toronto’s major hospitals.
