Tentative OMA agreement would see ‘refined’ court challenge proceed: Hoskins

The tentative agreement allows the Ontario Medical Association to co-manage the physician services budget with the government to prevent overruns. The OMA will continue its court challenge seeking arbitration, but will modify it.
